On-site Support Services:
Our technical support staff will provide technical expertise on Icalis products for an identified site location.


Responsibilities Include New Product Installation:
Upgrade existing system.

Execution of IQ and OQ validation.

End-user training and technical support pre-deployment.

Our technical support staff works closely with customer project member to define the design      requirement for Icalis product implementation. This might include conduct on-site laboratory           survey and analysis. During deployment, our technical staff will perform product installations on      both client and server system and also will work closely with project team members to resolve        issues.
